  • Who are Gazele Luxury Consignment?
    Gazele Luxury Consignment Is an Australian owned and operated business with more than 3 year’s experience in Luxury handbags. We believe that everyone deserves to wear Luxury to feel Unique & Powerful. We established G/L/C as a way for people to buy and sell premium authentic designer handbags and accessories. This environmentally conscious way of rehoming Luxury items took off, and what started as a hobby is now an officially registered business.
  • How do I consign?
    Simply you can DM us via instagram We ask you to fill out the request form and submit it to us We will provide you with a quote: ensuring you include any conditions of wear for your item We reserve the right for deceleration any items not reflect the images and descriptions submitted on the request form.
  • How much do you charge for consignment?
    We charge 20% which’s our fee consignment.
  • Authenticity: Do you provide an authentication service?
    Yes, we are offering a stand-alone authentication service.We are proudly partnered with Entrupy, which uses artificial intelligence and microscopic computer vision to inspect the product and verify authenticity.
  • How can I purchase an item through Gazele Luxury Consignment?
    Online: via our website or direct message us via instagram.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Master card, Visa, Pay Pal (fees apply) and bank transfer.
  • Do you accept payment plans?
    Yes! We allow all our buyers the option to pay off their items slowly. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure their item. The remaining amount will be payable over 4 to 6 weeks. (the deposit is required to ensure the item has been secured).
  • What if my item is deemed unauthentic?
    Gazele Luxury Consignment guarantees the authenticity of all items consigned and sold with us. If you submit and consign an item with us that is deemed to be counterfeit upon authentication, we will charge a $200 release fee which must be paid prior to the release of your item. The fee is to cover the return postage fee and the time spent preparing and authenticating your item. If the fee is not paid within 14 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
